Deleting your Tellavio account

Delete in the app

• Open Tellavio and go to Settings → Account.
• Choose “Delete account” and confirm with “Delete account permanently”. If you sign in with a password, enter it.
• If you sign in with Google or another provider and your last sign-in was more than 10 minutes ago, the app asks you to sign in again.

Delete on the website

• Sign in at tellavio.com and open the Account page.
• In the “Delete account” section type DELETE and, if you sign in with a password, enter it.
• Lost access to the account? Write to kontakt@tellavio.com from the account address and we will delete it manually.

What we delete

Deletion is immediate and permanent. We remove from the server:

• the account: e-mail address, name, language and password hash,
• the account's scripts (title, language, chapters, text, reader notes), including traces of deleted scripts,
• linked sign-in methods (Google, Facebook, Apple, Microsoft) with the identifiers and addresses received from providers,
• all sessions and refresh tokens, plus unused confirmation and password reset links.

What stays

• Projects, scripts, recordings and exports on your devices. The app keeps them locally and keeps working without an account. Delete them in the app or by uninstalling it.
• Files you have shared with other people or services yourself.
• Standard technical server logs (IP address, time, page address), kept for a limited time only for security and operation of the service.
